Greetings in Christ Jesus,

April showers bring May flowers. The way it has been raining there will be a tremendous amount of flowers. But we thank God for the rain. He blesses us in so many ways. The Lenten – Easter season reminds us of His love for us. This month we go from Good Friday to Easter. This raises the question: “Did Jesus actually Rise from the dead?” If He did not, then we are in trouble. But He did Rise! Acts 1:3 says “He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days.” His resurrection is the proof that we will rise. He loves us and wants us to life with Him in Heaven. His resurrection proves He has power over death.

With this joyous good news, Maxine and I wish you a meaningful Easter celebration!

There will be no Senior Saints luncheon this month. Pastor Walt and Norma will have one planned on May 16th. We thank them for filling in for us.

Here is a smile or two for you.
