Greetings All,

Jesus Christ is Risen!  I hope you are rejoicing in the Joyous news of Easter! The Easter season is longer than the Lenten season.  There are 50 days in Easter.  But in reality every Sunday is an Easter Sunday.  The New Testament Church moved the worship to Sunday, in part, to celebrate Easter every week.  Every Sunday we gather to celebrate and to rejoice in the resurrection of Jesus and to know that we too shall rise and live with Jesus!

Thanks to Pastor Walt and Norma for hosting the Senior Saints Luncheon in April.  The next one will be in June.

Time for some Senior moments.

“You are getting old when you see a girl who looks like someone you used to know, and it turns out to be her daughter.”

“Life begins at 40, but so do fallen arches, rheumatism, faulty eyesight, and the tendency to tell a story to the same person three or four times.”

“Forgetfulness is a form of freedom”

Take time to enjoy the Spring time.  How beautiful our area is with all the flowers and greenery . Above all—celebrate:  JESUS CHRIST IS RISEN!!

In Christ’s Love,

Pastor Rich
