The school year seems to be going so fast. We kicked off the month of November with kindergarten through fifth grade going to see the play “Duck for President”. The children’s theatre does such an amazing job.
We had parent teacher conferences on November 8th and 9th.
The kindergarten class presented Chapel sharing “God’s Harvest Alphabet”. They shared blessings from God for each letter of the alphabet. It was really nice.
The third, fourth, and fifth graders had a “gratitude” turkey in their classroom listing their many blessings and thanks.
The first and second graders have been learning about where they live and remembering the continents and oceans.
We had our Harvest Feast on November 21st, always a great time with soup, homemade pumpkin bread (from the kindergarteners) and other yummies!
We are collecting food for the local food bank the months of November and December for our offering. You will see it piling up in the basement. The children are giving with generous hearts.
Of course, November brings the beginning of practice for the upcoming program. This year we are doing “Shepherds, Sheep and a Savior”. The children are working hard on the songs and their lines. It’s going to be another great message of Jesus’ birth!! We hope you’ll come see it.
We wish you a blessed Christmas!! St. Paul Staff and Students.
