Wow, I can’t believe summer is over and school is beginning. It seemed to go by so fast. I hope everyone enjoyed summer; especially the students. I hope they’re ready to start another school year.
We have had some changes here at St. Paul with people leaving and new people coming. I have really felt God working here. I know He has great plans for us and I encourage you to enjoy the journey with us. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
We had our teacher installation August 26th and a special backpack blessing for students. What a neat way to start the year. The staff and I would like to say thank you to the congregation for your financial support, encouraging words, and your prayers. We look forward to working with you again in this ministry.
We are looking forward to another awesome year at St. Paul serving our Savior and working with the students, and families He blesses us with.
First day – our first day of school is September 4th Patriot day – September 11th
Reading Challenge – we issued a reading challenge to the students. If they read 5,000 pages over the summer they could
make human sundaes on Mrs. Brandt, Mrs. Bell, and Mrs. Freudenthal. We can’t wait to see if they succeeded.
